Reaching Out to Serve You
'Providing services beyond these doors'
Madison Parish Library also serves the patrons of Madison Parish through outreach. Employess and friends of the library provides assistance to loyal patrons, who are in need of library services due to certain conditions and not able to come into the library. The library provides outreach services to Nursing Homes, Doctor Offices, Schools, Hospitals, Day Care Centers, Learning Centers, etc throughout the parish. This service allows patrons to see and understand that the libray is a viable asset to the community. Eventhough some entities listed are allowed to come to the library from time to time, there's still a need to provide outreach services.
We offer various services through outreach:
~Basic Computer Courses
~Storytime
~Basic Library Usage Skills

and more...
If you have a need for outreach don't hesitate to contact a staff member of the library.
